Where does "Nord" come from?
Nord is a word that means "north" in several European languages according to Wikipedia and "L’etoile du Nord", Star of the North is the motto for our home state of Minnesota. Whether in Minnesota, Wisconsin or Colorado, we focus on destinations in the North and that have that "up North" feel to them.

I have 25 years of SaaS product leadership experience with domain expertise Fintech, Real Estate, eSignature, CLM and cloud content collaboration/document management. Throughout my tenure in product, I've distinguished myself through a blend of technical prowess, an eye for design, analytical acumen, and operational excellence, ensuring holistic product success at every stage of development and going to market which I've leveraged in my pivot to Real Estate.
Karen Delegan
Compassionate & highly skilled speech pathologist
I have spent 30 years empowering adults to regain their language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities following stroke or other neurogenic conditions. I combine clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to develop personalized treatment plans that support each individual in reaching their fullest potential. I’ve always been drawn to home design and real estate, and I love transforming newly acquired spaces to maximize both comfort and function for our guests. My attention to detail—and admittedly, my “neat-freak” tendencies—help ensure every stay feels welcoming, well-designed, and maintained, from the overall aesthetic to the quality of our cleaning and supplies.
